The firm is a general architectural practice incorporated in 2009. The philosophy of the firm centers on the goals of design excellence, client service, and project delivery related to all commercial and residential project types.
The history of this organization is derived from extensive experience in all facets of design and construction including retail, financial, educational and hospitality projects.

Kurt serves as Principal Architect/Founder of the firm of KREATE ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN LTD. Kurt brings over thirty years of experience in the design and construction industry based on his personal and professional background.
Kurt's participation in the overall operations of the firm brings a wealth of experience in building analysis and planning and design of special projects within all areas of construction. The list of completed projects which conducted under his direction includes offices, schools, building studies, medical offices, retail establishments, and theatres. His experience in planning new environments and facilitating project delivery has been enhanced throughout his 30 year career on Municipal, Provincial, and Federal projects as well as private industry clients and school divisions.

He operates in the role of Senior Architectural Technologist for the firm, responsible for project scheduling, document control, and individual project delivery. Jay provides extensive background in project procedures based on his previous experience on major capital ventures in Saskatoon and Moose Jaw.

Rachele is a graduate from the Architectural Building Technology Program at SIAST Palliser Campus. She is extensively involved in all aspects of project delivery for each individual project type. Rachele provides a wide variety of past experience to the firm including travel and work abroad.
